Such a great establishments hiring such rude people. I work near by which is why I always go to the location but never again and I love this restaurant but not this location in forest park IL ever again.
- KFKaren FerrellMar 24, 20261.0I order a chopped salad, Italian beef meal with fries and drink I waited 40 minutes for my food I went to the young lady and ask her about my food 3 times she told me she was waiting for my salad not one time did she tell anyone she was waiting for a salad mean while my food is cold when my salad finally came to the front she hands me my food the fries and my sandwich of course is cold. I went back to her and told her to give me a fresh order of fries. Terrible service 40 minutes for a salad

This is the first time I experienced this kind of treatment. I waited until I got closer to the drive thru window and waited for the car in front of me to leave so I could leave without having anyone take my order. Worse customer service ever.

Also the Italian beef with cheese sauce and both spicy and sweet peppers 🌶 was well worth it and the trip! A must experience if you never been! Lady recommended the birthday cake shake and add strawberries 🍓 😋 will be back to try
- IHI HMar 10, 20261.0The worst Portillos of all of Illinois , bunch of teenagers and kids working there so management obviously doesn’t care 👎🏻 waited almost an hour for one cheeseburger and fries, and they were cold and flavorless. It’s sad to see such a brand of company like this go down the drain.
