However, during my experience, several employees approached me with a rude and unwelcoming response. I attempted to escalate the matter by informing the manager, but they were unable to resolve the issue and instead further antagonized the situation. The manager refused to provide me with any information that would allow me to contact higher authority about the matter. Despite all of this frustration, I discovered that my order was still incorrect. You never know who is coming through your door and what type of day they are having; it is important to be able to provide the best customer care possible.

When I arrived there was a lady in front of me so instead of being rude I decided to wait until she was done. One at the register I asked if I may use the washroom, the lady previously in front of me went in, she took a while so basically I had to go so bad, I was dancing. I informed the girl on the register, I need a mop I really have to go, she told me you can always go outside and use it, I said to her I’m sure I can. That was very very very unprofessional, and nasty.
