    I recommend going to another Dunkin Donut. This location is a joke. The workers always act like they have an attitude. Especially the the woman with the red hair & the young guy with the black curly hair. My order is never accurate. Customer service sucks as well as the coffee and stale cold donuts

    First thing I asked for a hot caramel macchiato and they give me ice caramel macchiato and after they fix that the hot caramel macchiato I got was just cream caramel and water no coffee very disgusting 🤮

    Bacon is always gummy. Coffee is always watery…hash browns are never fresh. Just UGH! Ruined my day at work… i am officially done with this location until they get new management and a new team

    **Please Pay Attention to the Following:** Upon arriving at the store, I proceeded to order and pay for my food. However, during my experience, several employees approached me with a rude and unwelcoming response. I attempted to escalate the matter by informing the manager, but they were unable to resolve the issue and instead further antagonized the situation. The manager refused to provide me with any information that would allow me to contact higher authority about the matter. Despite all of this frustration, I discovered that my order was still incorrect. You never know who is coming through your door and what type of day they are having; it is important to be able to provide the best customer care possible.
