I stood in line for 10 minutes, could be worse, only to be told there's no steak and I could wait 4 minutes for some to be done. I come back up 8 minutes later, to be told it would take another 10 minutes. I am on my lunch break as an EMT, I cant afford 10 minutes. If they had told me, there would be no steak for the next 15 minutes, I would have chosen another restaurant. Instead they wasted my time.

If it wasn’t for her I’m not sure if the store would it have been the same !
