  This Dunkin is my regular stop to and from work. I always love the night crew working around 10pm. I would have left a 5 star if it weren't for the afternoon crew being pretty hit or miss. Normally it's fine, but today in particular (around 3 pm) there was a young woman I haven't seen there before moving rather slowly with orders. I assume she's new so I'm not about to give her a hard time about it, but she seemed to be irritated that I was in a rush. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth...

  Always pass by this Dunkin and use their drive through! Staff is really nice and although the line can get a little long, food is always ready and they have never missed anything in my order!

  The boy working at the cash register is very unprofessional; he needs some manners. I'm not sure if the food is clean.

  Maya end Sydney make this dunkin location worth being late to work for. Quality service and a decent customer experience is hard to find these days. Theyre always both extremely pleasant, always resolve whatever issues I have with my order promptly and without hassle or confusion, on the rare occasion that issues occur. Given their good memory and attention to detail every time I order, I can always count on their consistency, even when they are swamped with rude hordes of customers while working by themselves. Their positive composure remains shockingly constant and an uplifting part of everyone's day!!

  horrible customer service. i walked in with friends and heard the short lady say “more customers great” the black tall guy was also just complaining about the job and customers. like if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. go somewhere else yall
