  I've tried to give this place another chance after 2 years I tried to get a double wrap burrito with extra meat and extra cheese with lettuce and if this looks like a double wrapped burrito please let me know but i know better. hopefully hopefully management will be able to fix this

  My boyfriend and I caught food poisoning my boyfriend and I had came to chipotle on Thursday evening. We was really excited to get this for our dinner because we haven’t had any in awhile. Firstly, the line was long but I’m not gonna get on that since I do work in food service I understand they could’ve been possibly short-staffed or people were on their break, but the line was very long. I want to say that we waited between 10 to 15 minutes, possibly up to 20 minutes to get taken care of. We got home and we starting to dig in. Midway, my boyfriend eating his food he’s he started to say that his stomach was upset. He went to go put the food down and he was back-and-forth in the bathroom unfortunately he threw up that night and he couldn’t go into work the next day and unfortunately, I woke up the next morning not feeling well and eventually I threw up. We basically caught food poisoning and I am very upset. I wish I could get a refund from this whole order but it’s probably not possible and I’m willing to take that L, but please do not eat from here.

  I would guve a zero If i could I wAS POISONED. They were not washing their hands between changing their gloves, food all on the floor. Whos the manager here. I reported this to yall customer relations. I only ate half of my chicken burrito i only got salsa and hot salsa. This was why this was my last time trying any location after over ten years when they first came on the sense yall was fire. I almost went to the er. Yall getti g that other half back.   I will say the staff are pleasant but the rice wasn't cooked and they give you extremely small portions. Im only asking for the standard amount atleast. They are also always out of the vinaigrette dressing.

  If my son weren't obsessed with Chipotle I would stop coming here. They are always out of some ingredient, or today they had workers triple-wrapping burritos because they overstuffed them, and burrito bowls were overflowing through the lids. Not very appetizing.
