Firstly to start off the customer service was absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend going there at all. I said I wanted a Dave’s Double and fries… apparently they thought I said I want a 2 for 5. Then I got threatened to order food or get out of the line… just horrible service. Then I got asked what I ordered like 5 times the employees there are very disrespectful and incompetent. When I got my food the fries were old and soggy. On top of that the burger had a hair on it and it was wrapped horribly. It’s not worth it going back for $11 this is outrageous.

An employee of the restaurant was on his break in the dining room playing his phone at full blast. It totally ruined the dining experience. I don't listen to cuss words and to have that language blaring loudly throughout the dining room was disruptive. The manager walked through but did nothing to make him turn his phone down. I understand employees needing to take breaks but earbuds or headphones should be required if the employee is going to be in the dining room. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Food was so hot,I was shocked. Unfortunately they forgot my BBQ with my biggie bag(how's that possible) and no straw. Other than that, food was good!

Demasiado mal servicio llegue ahora marzo 21 del 2026 y le dije que llegue por mi pedido y la tipa me contesto de una manera prepotente que cual era el problema
Luego me dijeron que esperera adelante y lo hice pero al salir y darme mi comida le dije gracias y ella solo volteo los ojos enojada por salir a entregar el pedido
Ahora que reviso mi comida no esta completa y no quiero regresar porque asi como son de prepotentes me van a tratar peor

Had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru just to place an order. Actual snails pace. If you have any sense of getting your food in a reasonable time I would not reccomend
