  Around 8:40 on April 8th , i went to ask a answer for my order on the Kiosk , 3 workers individually came to the counter and as I'm right in their faces saying “excuse me” they ignored me and i know for a fact i spoke loud enough cause the ladies behind me were looking to see if the workers would respond to me. Ready to go home and all it doesn’t matter what are you being rude to me for? terrible customer service plus my chips and dip was just thrown in the bag any type of way

  Bad customer service placed order online I live 15 min away still waited another 30 as the workers continue to talk and joke around

  We had waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, but they waited to tell us to pull up to the next window so it looked like it only took them 2 minutes to their management. This place is poorly managed and slow almost every time I go. Also, I’m usually missing an item or two quite regularly. Avoid this location if you want Taco Bell.

  Going through drive thru takes forever. They hold you at the speaker to not have the wait times high. Bad business for customers, but great to look good on paper

  The way they do their drive through is ridiculous. They must be taking orders slowly for a reason. You have to wait forever just to place your order. Then you are often held at the speaker before they give you permission to pull forward.. This is just stupid. They must be playing some game with a clock.
