  Doughnuts were hot fresh and so good. The young lady at the counter gave my family a free hot doughnut eat off the grill. The service was exceptional. I'm from Memphis and workers aren't so pleasent like this young lady was.

  Can't leave zero stars. I should've known when the guy in front of me gave his doughnuts back for a refund. I never go anymore unless the hot n now light is on. The lobby is closed so I had to use the drive through, which for doughnuts is stupid. Took 4 employees around 3 to 4 minutes to ring up a 1/2 dozen glazed, I even confirmed they were the hot and now being made. I can see the end of the production line and they gave me a fresh one which was nice but the girl who got my not tab sealed box within seconds gave me a set that were easily a day old. I went back pretty fast and the next set is newer (pictured) but do not look good or what you can even get at Walmart and are very hard to the touch. At over $12 including tax this is unacceptable by any standard. For 6 doughnuts, that's premium pricing. The new BIg Arch I tried cost me $2 less (which is also expensive) and filled me properly. I doubt any management will see this or respond but I hope this keeps someone from wasting their money there.

  Went today and Keion was so kind and helpful. The wasn’t working and I was struggling and he was patient and helped out. Donuts were good as always 🤩

  I ordered Krispy kreme on door dash. Some donuts and a coffee. The donuts were fine but the coffee was disgusting, and watered down. I ordered an iced Carmel latte and they sent me this. No whipped cream no Carmel drizzle. It’s horrible and so disappointing I didn’t get what I paid for. Making myself drink it cause DoorDash wouldn’t refund me.

  Why does it take 30 mins to get 3 pre-made donuts and 2 frozen drinks (first order was wrong and brought us ice coffee). With only 2 cars ahead... Took 10 mins waiting to place order
