When I attempted to order glazed donuts instead, the employee taking my order was having a conversation with coworkers rather than acknowledging me. When I said I would just come inside to order, I was told again that the lobby isn’t open. I had to drive up to the window to place my order. Overall, the customer service has been consistently poor, and the location appears disorganized and poorly managed. After multiple long trips and repeated issues, I’m extremely disappointed.
