  Horrible horrible horrible service. We waited 40 minutes for our food and when we finally got it, we were missing an entire meal. No breadsticks were offered before our food came out. We also got 0 breadsticks with our food when it came out and they said they would bring us some (which they never did). The missing meal did not come out until after everyone else was done eating. Very ridiculous. I should have just went to Sybergs even though they had a 35 minute wait, it would have been quicker. (On top of everything there was a foul smell around the soda fountain that my entire family noticed)

  Our favorite regional “fast food” chain by far. This was our first time trying it; we were very excited and it didn’t disappoint. We got the four cheese stuffed shells and made it into a combo with the side of a pizza slice (which seems like a great deal!) and the new Italian doughnuts to split for lunch. Once you order, they bring your food to your table, which is always a nice touch at fast food restaurants. When the food arrived, we were shocked at how much food it was for $21, especially compared to what you would get for that at traditional fast food chains. It was 3 large stuffed shells, 3 breadsticks, a decent sized slice of pizza and 5 large donut holes with chocolate dipping sauce. I’m pretty sure the menu said the bread sticks were also unlimited when dining in, but we were stuffed after eating everything. The stuffed shells and breadsticks were really good and reminded me of Olive Garden for half the price. The pizza was a little lackluster, but as a side it was still good value. It had a sweeter sauce and reminded me of gas station pizza. The donuts were just small glazed doughnuts, which is a bit disappointing that they were labeled as “Italian doughnuts,” but true zeppolis are so rare in the US that I would’ve been blown away if they had them at a fast food chain. Overall, this was an awesome experience and it would definitely be my go to for fast and/ or inexpensive Italian food if I lived near one.

  Restaurant was clean and the staff is so nice. Food took a little bit of time due to lots of orders in front of us but the food was fresh and very tasty.

  Love this place! I've always loved Fazoli's it was me and my grandmother's favorite place to go eat on a casual weekend day, first time id been there in a year or two and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I will be coming back and starting back up the weekend lunch tradition with my kids now!

  Love to eat here with the family! Usually not crowded and stay is always friendly. Never a long wait for food.
