- APAmy Podhrasky1 day ago1.0Drinks are great but the drive thru is awful. There's no way to bail out, so once you're in the line, you're in it. Sometime for an hour or more. It seems kind of dangerous, honestly. When they first opened and had corporate in, everything was fine. Now there's two people working and it takes forever for a drink. The order ahead feature is never available. Of course Fairview would have the worst Dutch in the country.
- BBbluegreenfieldsMar 8, 20261.0Nightmare layout. People in the handicapped spot that shouldn't be. The line for the walk up window has the line spilling into the street. It's very obnoxious to get out if you want to bail since the line always seems to be crazy long. Staff is nice. Coffee is fine, but the parking and drive through are stressful. Just gonna stick to scooters to avoid the craziness. The layout just does not seem safe.

I notice tons of people complain about the drive thru wait but if you clearly see the line is out to the street, there is a walk up window that takes a fraction of the time to get your order. All you have to do is park and get out of your car! It’s that easy!

- NSNathan SchniederFeb 20, 20261.0Frequently takes a very long time to get a coffee drink. One time it took 1 and a half hours to get a drink and normally the average wait is 30 minutes or more. They need to start staffing up more, or I’m going back to Dunkin! The problem is staffing, in addition , if you need to exit your trapped in because no exit lane, poor drive through layout, fix it.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
