  first of all Dutch Bros kind of originated. I feel like out of Oregon area. Apparently you’re supposed to have real good happy vibes good customer service and I went to a Dutch Bros out in Oregon and I had all of that experience we would get stickers we would be so excited to be greeted by Dutch Brothers in Oregon, but now that they are opening all over the United States. We went on 4.09.26 This one has opened near my hometown in Missouri I decided to check it out. We got there all the employees seemed like they were in crappy moods no excitement to be there … We asked for some stickers and the girls side eyed and acted like it was a problem If I was in Oregon, it wouldn’t have been a problem at all…. because that’s the dutch Brothers I know. our favorite drinks to order we ordered I got the kicker and my significant other got the ice double t His ice double t tasted nothing like it should. It didn’t even taste like the chocolate milk. It was absolutely disgusting. It’s very disappointing because Dutch Brothers is known to be a positive experience and the workers to have positive attitudes and the coffee to be excited about being good but this was the worst experience I ever had a Dutch Brothers and It’s almost disrespectful compared to the ones out west…. it just didnt feel like the dutch bros experience…

  I just waited over 20 minutes for them to correct an order. This was ridiculous! The workers are so nice, however the wait at this location is horrendous. I have been several times and it seems like the wait gets longer each time. It is unlikely I will return.

  I showed up at this business to park and order from the walk up window. The delivery truck was blocking both the exit from parking and the only handicap accessible parking spot. I was told that I had no option but to continue through the drive-thru, which was extremely backed up, and I never planned to wait in that line to begin with. I explained that I would not be forced to wait in that line and finally the delivery driver angrily lifted up the back of his truck so that I could turn around. He was still blocking the handicap spot and refused to move. It is illegal in the state of Illinois to block a disabled parking spot for anything other than handicap parking, including deliveries. This needs to be rectified before legal action is taken by the city.

  30+ min in line for one drink. No way out…I’m 8 months pregnant and not loving the idea that I will have to jump a curb in my van if there’s an emergency. I lived in DFW for 2.5 years and they had their drive thrus on lock with triple the lines. This location is very poorly managed. I won’t be back.

  Sat in line for 15 minutes and not a single car moved. There were 20 people ahead of me. Luckily I was able to have a couple cars move so I could back out and get out. Otherwise, you have no way to leave the drive-through. Will not be back.
