There was a little activity corner that my kids played in, which distracted them while we waited for out food. I also loved the fact that the high chairs have wet napkins and placemats in them. It made cleanup so easy. The staff were great too! We wanted an extra cup of ice and they got us one and brought it to our table. Overall I love how kid friendly chick fil a is and the staff are always so wonderful.
- SEs evansMar 6, 20263.0I ordered at 9:38 PM and was the third car in my line with three other cars sewn in front of me. We ordered two frosted sodas. At 956, after 15 other people got their food before I got only two frosted sodas, (And picture attached), It was a poor excuse for frosted sodas! When I asked if they could at least top it off because it was probably flat for me waiting 15 minutes for it, they said no they could not do that because then they would have to remake it!!! Oh poor them. Are you kidding? They had to sit there for the full 15 minutes for them to look so sad and you can’t even top it off??? I’ve worked in customer service forever and that was just pure laziness. For a ff restaurant that prides itself on customer service, you got some work to do! We were thinking about just getting a scooters, McD frappe, or icee from Circle K, from now on we will. $9.60 when circle k would’ve been better and only $1.60. $8.00 more and twenty minutes gone. Nope.
