  My husband went and got breakfast and the order was not correct. We ordered full order of biscuits and gravy and we got half order and he ordered a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin and got an egg McMuffin. This store is always messing up our order.

  Didn't get original order and was charged 3 extra times for the same order, I gave my phone to the manager to show that I was being charged and the order wasn't going through and she proceeded to charge my card again and say "it shows that you don't have enough money in your account so that's the problem", original order was less than $5 was charged almost $20, even if it was a problem with the app I feel like it could have been easily resolved without me getting charged way more than intended, manager was also kind of rude , worker was not rude at all compared to the manager, have had zero problems ever before this and I love McDonald's

  They should start at the order box saying: "Our systems are broken, our staff is overwhelmed, and we know you’re going to be disappointed."
