  The worst McDonalds in Illinois, hands down. I moved down the street a few months ago. Every review said this was a terrible McDonald’s, but it’s soooo close! I had to keep trying. Every visit, I’ve ordered and paid within the app ahead of time and then picked up the order in the drive thru. My last couple of visits, when I’ve arrived for my prepaid food, they’ve notified me they were out of things. Last time, it was ALL drinks and milkshakes…. It was St Patrick’s Day, so we’d ordered shamrock shakes for the entire family along with a pop for each person. I was not credited back and was not offered any kind of reimbursement or replacement. This time, I was notified that they ran out of meat and couldn’t make a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The gentleman at the first window was nice and did his best to rectify that. At the second window, the employee seemed confused and disheveled. I was alone in the car, and she gave me three ice cream cones immediately. I asked for a cup holder and she said no but that she’d put the ice cream in cups. She handed me the cups and walked away. It’s warm today, so the ice cream was melting all over me and my car. She didn’t return for over 10 minutes, at which time she started asking if my order included a cheeseburger. I was picking up two online orders at once so I explained I had the order numbers and gave them to her. She asked again about the burger and I said I’m not sure, there were multiple burgers but the second order was just a frappe. She stared at me silently for a few seconds, then said “ma’am you need to calm down” Now irritated, I asked if she could just give me the food she had ready from my order so I could get home with my melting ice cream. She gave me one bag and two drinks. I could see my frappe and my large drink still sitting there. She closed the window and walked off. A few minutes later, the man from the first window approached and asked what I needed. I said just the frappe and the large drink. He handed me the frappe and then reached for the drink. The disgruntled employee started screaming from the back “that’s not hers, she only has two small drinks!” A manager walked by in the back and laughed as this employee became more enraged screaming from the back as I pulled up my receipts. Finally, the young man handed me the drink and apologized, as the woman in back continued to yell inappropriate things. This place is very trashed and gross and slow anyways, but that kind of “service” just guaranteed I’ll take the trip over to Western and get better food and service. (They skimped us on one cookie, and two of the burgers were BURNT to a crisp to the point of inedible.)

  The young man in the drive thru was nice,he said next window for the pickup pulled up this young lady comes to the window pull around follow the car in front of you I said ok ,she comes back and say pull up closer again I said Ok ,inched up a little didn't want to hit the car seeing that there's no one behind me. I pull around and there's two doors, so I stop at the first door because people were coming out. The Young girl comes out the second door asking me to pull up, I said I can't please you at all today, she hands me my order and says this door will lock and I would've to walk to that door. I looked in my bag and noticed my fish sandwich wasn't in the bag told the young lady and she took the bag came back with the fish. I get home open the bag, ask for a 10 piece nuggets got a 6 piece 😔 my whole experience at this McDonald's was bad will not be going back 😑 order # 1231 very disappointed 😒

  The building looks exactly like a McDonald's ought to look. No kiosks but actual humans taking my order, the man was very nice too. I hope this McDonald's never changes.

  Every time I have the opportunity to go it's just to take away They are always very kind and respectful, thank you 😊

  Only thing I complain about was the drinks was a bit water down. I don’t drink liquor at all, but my sister said her drink tasted like it was mixed with water.
