I placed my order at 4:01 gallve it 20minsfor the restaurant to prepare before making it to the establishment. Once I made it to the Establishment at about 4:30 I was cashed out and told that it would be a minute. It was not ready. I'm watching everyone come in leave out with their orders. I'm watching the workers put orders inside their oven to keep warm. I asked the lady who cashed me out. She had a long ponytail, blonde hair. Not a very pleasant looking face she checked my receipt. Look back to the workers and said yes it should be coming out. So by now I have already waited 30 minutes for a pers. onal pan pizza just for her to clock out and did not receive my order until 5:30 because I had to ask another employee, how long would it take? I've been waiting for over an hour. He goes to the oven, pulls out the personal pan and handed to me. So my order was ready over 30 minutes ago. If not the hour I've been waiting. The lady kept telling me it was going to be ready. She never took a second glance to see if it was already prepared unacceptable. I dislike terrible customer service and I'm very respectful and understanding which is why I'm leaving a review instead of cursing out the entire establishment

She walked off before I could even show her the proof of the online order. I don't spend my money at places where I am disrespected. So I cancelled the order. When I asked for proof of my refund. She refused to print me a copy so I had to take a picture. As a foodie who frequents different restaurants. I would save my money and go to another Pizza Hut.
