One of the worst McDonald's out there. Restaurant needs some maintenance both inside and outside. They always have attitude in the drive thru and more than likely your order will be wrong. Terrible overall. Go to a different McDonald's.

I waited over an hr for an order I placed in the drive thru for one meal. I decided to go inside the restaurant and was told by the Manager who was talking on the phone that I was unable to get a refund and that she quit and then she walked out. There was only two other employees behind the desk working in the entire restaurant and they were unable to give me a refund as well. One of the McDonald’s employees tell me that he will be calling the police on and he’s asking everyone to leave out the McDonald’s lobby. This was insane not only day I pay for food that I didn’t get. I was unable to get a refund nor my order and was asked to leave several times. This happened 12/29/2025. Around 1:45 pm I have a video of the entire conversation with the employee. I’m unable to upload it because I can only upload a picture

Horrible I played some order it said come and get ready. I was there waiting on the 20 minutes to get my order I do not understand how this place is this disorganized and you guys do not have it together. So disappointed.

RETRAIN YOUR NIGHT SHIFT CREW… SHOULD NOT BE YELLING AT CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY EVEN PULL IP TO THE DRIVE THRU WITH A DISRESPECTFUL TONE. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER.
