While looking for an alternative treat to bring to my son’s school I noticed that this location had the specialty donuts available on Uber Eats. I remembered that I have had an issue like this before at this location. I placed the order to see if it would be fulfilled. Sure enough, it did. When I came in to pick them up, no greeting customers, they actually don’t even acknowledge you at all and just let you stand there. The young lady walked right past me and wouldn’t have even asked what I needed assistance with or tried to take my order had I not asked her in passing if she had an order with my name on it.
