I order online and every time my order is wrong. Missing toppings, added undesired toppings, burgers poorly wrapped. They burgers are never labeled so I have to open and touch all of them to determine which is which.

Even though I'm giving you 5 stars I have 2 things to address. But the Pros: Restaurant looked very clean even the bathrooms. The workers were friendly and pleasant. Normally I'm not a fan of people welcoming by yelling at you as soon as you walk in, but here it felt like they meant it quite honestly. The food was decent, too. Now the two critiques. Music is slightly too loud. If im asking about a burger and your guy/girl is yelling or has to yell to talk over the music, thats a problem for me at least. They called my number and I wasn't able to discern if it was me. The music was good otherwise cause it was a mix of all different genres. Now, the other thing. The Buns you use are not good at all and do not hold up well. Even Wendy's has buns that stand up to their burgers and they're just as fresh. If 5 Guys is reading this, ditch the peanuts that sit there and get some better bread, lol. There's no reason a $20 burger and fry should have soft busted bread not made to hold everything thrown at it. As I was walking out, I looked at the guy who came in after me, and even he was suffering trying to keep it together. Again, this prolly has nothing to do with the franchise itself. I will go back at some point, but please fix the bread or start handing out silverware.
