My croissant sandwich was burnt, my tater tots were greyish looking and tasted so nasty and greasy. The price wasn't bad at all, but it's not worth going back to this particular site

I’m from out of the country and I’m new to ordering Dunkin Donuts. I have never had matcha here before and he didn’t even try to help me.Then, when I got my drink, it was a small and the entire cup was filled with ice (there was barley any beverage itself). I asked him if I should have ordered light ice, he shrugged his shoulders. I proceeded to ask if he could make me a new drink and the energy and his body language showed that he did not want to make my drink, so I asked for a refund. Afterwards he still gave me attitude. Terrible Dunkin Donuts experience. Will not return to this location ever.

When I complained about his service he was still on his phone and told me to just go. I know you can get a better employee.
