When questioned, the employee rudely replied “we have to leave room for the cold foam”. Damn! Didn’t know that cold foam required that much room! Another Dunkin on my list of locations not to purchase from!

I tried to give them a chance after taking a long break before, but now I’m just not interested in supporting a location with poor customer service and food quality.
