  There’s barely seasons on my fries and I didn’t even get the extra patty in my all American burger. This was not worth $50, just don’t order from here.

  I pulled up at 11:15pm to pick up an order. It appeared they were closed because all the lights were off. They were open until 12am but apparently not taking any more orders and refusing to make the order I was picking up for an Uber customer. The order was still on the screen but they claimed it was gone or someone else has picked it up. They would not remake it. Another customer walked in for his own order and they said they didn't get it and weren't making any more food tonight. This was a half an hour before their actual close time. The young girl was clearly irritated anyone bothered to walk in and try to talk to her and told me to cancel my order because they're closing. I asked what time they close and she tell me 12am which was still a half an hour away.

  This is the worst buffalo wings restaurant. I've had the misfortune of ordering from them, and every time something is missing. This is the third time this has happened, and it's the last time. I will never order from this location again

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. This was straight-up dangerous. Ordered boneless wings and they came out RAW in the middle, pink, translucent chicken under a fried coating. That is not a mistake, that is a health violation. For a corporate chain whose entire identity is chicken, this is embarrassing. This isn’t just on the cook, this falls on management and corporate standards. Somewhere between the kitchen and the managers signing off on quality, common sense disappeared. No apology, no urgency, no accountability, just undercooked chicken that could’ve made someone seriously sick. Customers shouldn’t have to act as their own food safety inspectors. If this is the level of quality Buffalo Wild Wings is okay with, people deserve to know before eating here. Completely unacceptable.
