- JPJacqueline pantojaAug 20, 20241.0My experience today was awful. I went in for two 3 scoop sundae. My daughter had to use the washroom so when I came back they had my order ready. I looked at the ice cream and one of them was literally less than halfway in the cup …. I went back and told them it was supposed to be a 3 scoop and they said it was. I asked them if they put another scoop or give me my money back since it was less than halfway full usually a 3 scoop meets the line of the cup but this wasn’t even halfway. The worker said that’s the same amount they give for all the scoops. I thought that was funny because the other one didn’t look like same. The worker just gave me my money back and didn’t even apologize for giving me less. I drove 25 minutes to this location because they always have regular Jamoca and that’s all I’ve been craving since I am 7 months pregnant and it’s a shame they couldn’t even give me what I paid for.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
