- SKSara KaneyAug 31, 20251.0I prepaid for a birthday cake I ordered online with 1 week notice. When we went to go pick it up, they did not have our order and the guy working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us figure out what happened with our order, without looking at our receipt, and without offering other options… he just said to call the 1800 number (that isn’t open on weekends). When we finally asked if they have any other cakes we could purchase, his response was “if you pay for it”. Well no shit!!!!! I don’t know why he wasn’t more helpful in that moment. He was beyond rude. I ended up having to file a dispute through my bank because we never received the product we paid for.

However,We had butter pecan and a strawberry cone plus another flavor with a almond or some sort of nut. And that flavor was rotten. It taste so bad. I suggest someone taste it. It tasted moldy. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
