- KCKristen CMar 31, 20261.0Ester is a PEACH. I asked for a specific ice cream. They happen to be out of. Instead of helping assist me further through the drive through she just got sat there in silence and answered no to everything the sat in silence, nothing to help get me a flavor I would want (they don’t have a list of ice cream on their menu besides the ice cream I wanted they were out of). I asked for a manager she continued to argue and refused just said “morning” which could be a few hours. I have had better conversations with 2 year olds than with her.

When questioned, the employee rudely replied “we have to leave room for the cold foam”. Damn! Didn’t know that cold foam required that much room! Another Dunkin on my list of locations not to purchase from!
