  I don’t live in the area, this was my only time stopping at this location because I was at the hospital nearby. The cashier was polite but I could tell she was tired. The cook, he said his name was Corey, was hilarious and made my visit very pleasant! He even insisted I waited on fresh chicken for my bowl. He honestly made me forget I was just in the hospital, so I wanted to share this gem. And my bowl was delicious as expected! If I ever go back to this location, it’ll be because of Corey.

  This place is a MESS, DISGUSTING, never seen a chipotle in this kind of condition. There is NO customer service. Employees there, don’t acknowledge anyone is there. My family and I walked in and walked right back out. I wouldn’t even have my dog eat there. Chipotle should be ashamed to have those employees working there.

  in the wrong spot. Today it happened to me because my toe was over the tile line into the kitchen while I asked a question to the staff. The people that work here are either straight up rude or have really bleak personalities that are tough to interact with. Management needs change they are so rude especially they small short lady she screaming and didn't respect the customers

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle after school today. I brought my younger brother in, and even though there were about five employees working and no line at the time, not a single person acknowledged us. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. We stood there waiting for about 15 minutes while employees talked among themselves and continued doing other tasks, fully aware that we were there. It felt like they were ignoring us on purpose. What made it worse is that once more customers started coming in and a line began forming almost to the door, we still weren’t helped or even spoken to. At that point, it felt like we just didn’t matter as customers. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service—like acknowledging someone’s presence—shouldn’t be overlooked, especially when the store wasn’t even busy to begin with. Really disappointing experience.
