Ordered American omelette and it was basically scrambled eggs with meat mixed in with cheese on top. Was good but didn’t even look like an omelette. Hash browns were raw and cold. Maybe 1% of them slightly brown. Into the trash can they went. Now the breakfast burrito was HOT AND GREAT!! Cook just needs to slow down and prep things correctly. I’m willing to wait a little longer for quality food

Our biggest complaint was the 20 percent gratuity charge on our bill. Customers should have the option on what is a reasonable tip based upon the service and not the restaurant. Next we were not satisfied with the fries because they were not prepared the way we asked but the cashier refused to lower our bill or replace the fries. Food portions are reasonable but we don't recommend this restaurant and probably will not return, mj

My food was cold, except for the pancakes. Had to fast for testing at OSF, I was starving so I at it without complaint. Waitress was inattentive, so I couldn’t tell her.

I’ve only gone here once and decided never again. I’ll share a few key points. From the start, there is no way to dry your hands in the bathroom. No hand dryer at all and there was a sign that said something like “sorry paper towels are outside of the bathroom” or something like that. So you have to open the door with wet hands and then find paper towels in the restaurant. There are also no napkins at the table at all. When my food arrived, it was on a dirty plate with dry crusted cheese very obvious on it (I only had 3 pancakes on this plate, nothing remotely cheesy). They took it back to get a new plate, but then someone else brought the exact same plate back, looked like someone may have hastily tried to wipe it off with a wet rag or something, then tried to say it wasn’t a dirty plate but that the chef probably touched it with their cheesy fingers. I didn’t make a big deal of it but it did bother me that if the pancakes touched a dirty plate, shouldn’t I get new pancakes and new plate? Anyway that’s all the least of the problems. The staff were incredibly rude. Came to find out our server was the owners daughter apparently. The server had been impatient for whatever reason because she even tried to take a plate from my friend that still had food on it, while she was holding her fork still actively eating! And when we barely started eating she told us we could pay at the front and didn’t have to wait for a bill to get dropped off. It didn’t fully click to me until my friend and I were having an emotional conversation, wiping tears and whatnot (no napkins), we had been there about an hour and a half but the place was not very busy, lots of open tables, when the server interrupted us and told us our ticket was red and we would have to go pay. It was a little confusing in the moment and then realized they were kicking us out.The server had some excuse about one waitress section was full and the others wasn’t so they needed the table, but it didn’t make sense because they have the guests seat themselves and there were plenty of open tables. She was very rude about it, gaslighted us when we clarified we were getting kicked out and said she said the same thing to another table who was “very polite about it” and that they didn’t question it. She even told us we didn’t have to come back as we were leaving. Don’t worry, we won’t be!

I was there ordering a sandwich just a sandwich and they charged me for a whole meal because their tips are based on items purchase over $40 and it was a carryout not a dine-in
