  I was buying a small pizza and a Pepsi for only $12. I don't know why I was charged $19 today. Please follow up with the manager.

  I tried to call into the store to fix an order I made online. The lady who answered the phone (foreign accent), rudely interrupted me repeatedly as I was trying to get her to change order pick up time. My wife calls the 2nd time to make sure the order was placed correctly only to receive the same lady's rebuttal. The lady yelled at my wife and then hung up the phone. My wife tried to reach the store manager by calling the 3rd time, but her phone call was screened and she never was able to reach the manager. We were overall very disappointed and highly dissatisfied with the customer service of this store. We do not recommend business with this Papa John's store location.

  Kinda pricey for fast food so always try to get a discount, service is always hit or miss. They are obviously understaffed/staff is not properly trained. Honestly id suggest one of the other dozens of pizza shops in evanston!

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They are both rude, and unsanitary! I ordered two pizzas yesterday, and not one slice, but two had lovely, curly hairs baked into them. I called the store immediately, and was told to wait until the morning to speak to the manager. The next day, the manager, who was COMPLETELY disrespectful, and kept rolling her eyes and sighing the entire time, accused me at different points of lying about the hair, told me that I never ordered from them (despite it being blatantly on record; she dropped that odd little angle after I let her know that I was physically heading their way with a half-eaten pizza from the night before), and forced me bring in the pizza for proof. She even tried to tell me that perhaps what I thought were hairs were actually mushrooms (???). Because the manager was not present the night of my order, they refused to refund my money the next day. I was also told that I needed to have ALL of the pizzas, virtually uneaten, to be refunded, despite the obvious fact that it took a few slices for me to get to the offending ones. I was essentially scammed for disgusting, substandard food. None of this would have mattered as much if not for the manager's awful attitude: not sure how Papa John's trains their employees, but she was highly unprofessional, and if I would have acted at all as she had at my own job, I would certainly be fired right away.
