    They put so much ice in the fountain drink when ordered ahead of time or for delivery. This happened twice to me and my coworker.

    This is the ONLY Jimmy John's I've visited that consistently delivers high quality sandwiches. Everything is always fresh, warm, and made perfectly. Custom orders are followed exactly, and the team consistently goes above and beyond. The staff is exceptionally friendly, which speaks to excellent management at this location. Other stores should take note, this one sets the standard!
