  Every time I order in the app, I specify NOT toasted but they ALWAYS toast it anyway. They are also very stingy with the veggies. I always specify more lettuce and more spinach, but they put the normal amount on. When I specify just a little honey mustard and siracha, they drown it in both. It's like they don't bother to read the order fully to see the customers requests. I've order in the app for pickup at this location at least 5 times and had the same experience every time. If I decide go back to this location I'm going to open my sub in the store and make them remake it when it is wrong!

  Ordered a sub online using a free sub coupon from the sub club rewards only to find it was cancelled because the owner of this location doesn't want to honor the coupons.

  Wack franchise location. These chumps cancelled my online order on me because I used a coupon. I didn't know until I arrived to the location and they told me they cancelled the order. I used to work at Subway and I know for a fact that the franchise gets re-inbursed by corporate for coupons used, yet this franchise chooses to be misers and not accept coupons. Based on the other reviews of this location, Im not missing much. I will not be back, and I will make sure everyone I know here doesn't come to this subway.

  I stopped by Subway today and had a great experience. The lobby was clean and well-kept, and the staff were super friendly and helpful with my order. I got the tuna sandwich, and it was fresh, flavorful, and made just right. It’s nice to see a location that takes pride in both their food and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had placed a online order and it was canceled due to their specials they have online they take online orders but dont take the specials which I dont get this is the second time they do this to me they dont own up to their specials online and I had a previous encounter as well when I had told the employee about the roach I had seen running by the chips and he really didnt do anything about it they just didnt care so I am very unsatisfied with their services here in this subway I won't be going to this subway no more !
