This message is for everyone who works at this location. You are all wonderful and always so kind and cheerful. I witnessed today how you were discriminated against and threatened. This world is a terrible place for treating human beings so badly. These workers are doing their best, and I want to tell them that they did the right thing by ignoring the people who were shouting hateful things at them. Keep going and don't let them get you down. And a big round of applause 👏👏👏👏to the general manager who defended her employees by refusing service to these awful people and immediately calling the police.

Honestly, this Mcdonald’s has the sweetest staff. Of course, whenever something is wrong with my order I can just ask and they’re nice about it. This store gets pretty busy, but they are quick about it. If they see a customer standing they always ask if something is needed. Quick, easy, and a very big cafe that is always maintained cleaned. I will be coming back more often.

Really wish I could go lower than one star here. One of the employees Mary R. (I believe that’s her name. She was working on the second window Sunday afternoon 1/04/26) was extremely rude and disrespectful. She even appeared to say some harsh words about me in Spanish, all because I didn’t order sauce at the drive thru intercom and kindly asked for it at the window. McDonalds has to do a much better job with its customer service training. Terrible experience, won’t be back here again.

I hadn't been to this location in at least a year or two. I used to live in this neighborhood, had a promo code and fell off the vegetarian wagon (and REALLY wanted a Filet o' Fish). But I was walking my dog so I got a curbside delivery and stood in that parking space to get my order. This is the easiest way to walk my dog, get my order, and avoid upsetting anyone inside who doesn't like dogs or is allergic (especially considering she's not a service animal). No other McDonald's location near me has a problem with this. I make sure my dog is well-behaved and short-leashed.
I saw a curbside delivery person come out, smiled her way and announced my order in case she was coming toward me. I was mistaken. She was going to the car next to me. I nodded. But then she snapped, "You're not in a car!" Welllllll, call up Carmen San Diego, Hercule Poirot and Easy Rawlins 'cause this lady is cracking investigations left and right.
I pointed toward my clearly visible dog as the reason I was picking up curbside. She snapped, "How would anybody know you really have an order?" I flicked my smartphone in her direction with the very bright red and yellow app on my screen. My pickup number and curbside number was even on it. She stormed inside of the restaurant and promptly canceled my order altogether. I was stunned at the audacity. The only other company that had employees behave like that about curbside pickups was Target, and we clearly see how that's working out for them. (I haven't been to Target in YEARS.)
Headquarters did give me a couple of vouchers, but I'm leaving this review to thank Lizzbeth (Lissbeth?) who immediately came outside to resolve the situation, hand me my order and grin at my dog. (I suspect she likes dogs and wanted to see her.) But if the first lady didn't like dogs, then just say that. You don't have to cancel Filet o' Fish sandwiches in retaliation. It's not good detective practices.

This used to be a good experience but there are some drive thru workers who do not listen to customer orders and get it wrong. Often missing items and not charging correctly. Rhe quality at this location has dropped off dramatically in the last couple months.
Prompting this review was the woman in the window tonight (12/15/25), for some reason, creating 2 separate orders for one car and really struggling to understand her error. She needs to be removed from the window and re-trained.
