  First of all, I mistakenly placed at (Chicago ave, Evanston)location. The Sherman Ave, Evanston is my normal location and they always had my oder correctly, and if not, they would accommodate. This location on Chicago- got my order wrong and was incomplete. I am allergic to cheese, I chose salt and vinegar chips and some of my add ons were missing. The cheese was toasted on, chips were regular and the entire sandwich was prepared the without looking at my specifications on the order. I spoke to the manager and he basically said if you want another sandwich, you will have to for pay another one. $22 wasted on Rudeness and lack of any consistency, consideration. in the Garbage!

  I ordered a turkey beach club sandwich which they did not put the avocado that was supposed to be included. When I told them about it they begrudgingly put the avocado in it with no apologies. You would think they did it on purpose? Not a good experience!
