On top of that, the hygiene standards were questionable at best, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely not a place I would recommend and there are far better options that value.

The staff was helpfull, I switched the bagel type (and back) and the confusion was corrected in no time and they were helpful. The atmosphere is a bit dated, wish they refreshed the decor a bit.
