- RERoxas EspejoMar 18, 20211.0Whoever is in charge needs to check this store, I asked for a milkshake and they straight up just say we don't have. no explainations, no alternate suggestions, they just didn't want to take the time to make the milkshake. the ice cream is there, the blender is there, the fridge with what I assume has the milk is there(and they are right beside a grocery[valli] store too, just in case) , and clearly power is not out. last time I went there they made it and I could see some of the staff shaking their head like "no no" perhaps they didn't want people to expect their milkshakes to be available and the guy messed up by actually accepting the order. Something is wrong here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
