Proteins especially chicken are also consistently out of stock or poor quality for what is available. Speed of service is the only thing that is relatively okay. Corporate — please get this restaurant in better shape!

Orders that are already ready are being kept behind the counter. I’m not sure why they’re so worried about theft, but it’s slowing everything down and wasting people’s time.

The other day after waiting 10 minutes my app says “customer order is ready” 5 more min goes by and they bring out 10 orders at once. I get that they are getting slammed with orders but maybe have another employee on to help move us out of here. As I’m typing this I’ve been waiting 16 minutes for a burrito bowl. That I’m making $5 to deliver.
