  I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years. Like any restaurant, they’ve had ups and downs in food quality, but recently the situation has become unacceptable. One of the staff members consistently ignores basic food-handling and hygiene rules. I have personally witnessed her sneezing and coughing over food without covering her face or the food. When I politely raised concerns and asked her to follow basic hygiene practices, she responded dismissively, saying “it’s my store.” That attitude is alarming and unprofessional. Food safety is not optional, and customers should not be exposed to health risks. Authorities should seriously needs to address this before someone gets sick. @CDPH

  I had came in at 7:40 when it says online that they close at 9 PM He told us that he was packing up already and barely had any stuff I came in and I asked for plain bread and he started yelling at us saying tell me your sandwich that you wanna and when I asked for plain bread with chicken and bacon, he said there was no chicken and bacon only ham and turkey left so I had accepted it and got the turkey as I was walking by. I saw that there was still chicken and bacon left and he said that there was none left.

  Came in on labor day for a quick bite. I got a steak and cheese wrap and the worker microwaved the meat even though it should be toasted iwth cheese in the oven. Didn't wrap it up well so when i got to it it was falling apart and I had to eat it with a fork. He asked me if I wanted it cut, told him yeah he made a small cut around the wrap but didn't actually cut it. I'd ask for my money back but I doubt they will.
