  Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Messed my foot up many times. They don't want to correct anything and the manager does nothing. Good luck eating here.

  Staff needs to be retrained. The young lady that was on headset didn’t know you can put apple juice in your fish meal. I had to repeat my order three times and yet they were confused on my order that they had to take my receipt on the second window. Young man needs to double check bags because I did not receive my apple juice. Without looking inside of my bag, I ask the dude if there was apple juice inside my bag. He says yes. I TRUSTED this employee and hate to not have my apple juice once arrived at home. I tried and called for a refund older lady hung up rude as hell. If you don’t want to do it at least lie and say you guys don’t do that INSTEAD hanging up. RECEIPT #1232 Fish meal with apple juice 4 nuggets 1 apple pie Feb 1, 2025 time around 12:06 am

  The girl at the first window was great. Asked when I picked up the food this isn’t the first time if the dipping sauce was in there, they say yes and it’s not in there or I get something. I didn’t order. They need to get their act together when they fill the orders. And I never met a McDonald’s. They ran out of hamburgers or ran out of kids toys for the happy meals, horrible.

  The last time I ate at a McDonald's was this specific location around 8:30 PM on Sunday, January 4th, 2026, and I ordered a snack wrap here, easily the biggest mistake of my life in 2026 so far. I woke up feeling sick the next morning, and that was the end of my lifelong relationship with McDonald's. I will NEVER enter another McDonald's ever again after what I learned about what goes into their food, and I STILL can't believe places like this have carried over into 2026. Please, for god's sake, just find something to eat at Caputo's across the street, or walk 10 minutes westbound down Grand to Culver's if you fancy yourself a meal. Culver's is not perfect, but is WAY better than McDonald's. I'll have Culvers about no more than once a month, but it's still better than this junk right here. I had a Caesar wrap at a downtown healthy eating last week at a place called "Protein Bar & Kitchen", and they're setting the standards with healthy lifelong eating and promoting "zero bad choices" which makes me feel better every time I step in to the establishment, and tasted WAY better than the McDonald's snack wrap, and I felt so good afterwards. Please, if you care about your health, do NOT ever go to a McDonald's ever again, you will thank me later.
