  New Years Day. Ordered through the app around 6:00 pm, they decided to close the lobby and asked me to come through the drive thru. I know it’s just a mckchicken and a small but if you gon close the lobby then make sure the app knows. And don’t give me an attitude when I come on foot to the drive thru window and had ordered ahead, duhhhh!!!!

  Rude employees long lines I ordered online waited 20 minutes at the speaker no response and waiting additional 20 mintues pulling up the window the employee said he can’t help me even I can say the code and ue should serve me said to go back in the long line to wait 30 mintues just to say the code

  Came like 5:07A.M so I decided to to get Hot Chocolate with my pancakes order and got home and forgot my Hot cocoa at the car and came to it I drink a good amount and tasted weird open it and saw these. Came to McDonald spoke to the manager which I forgot to ask her name 12/25/25 at 2:20pm and she say I don’t know what to say the machine make I was that’s milk means you don’t check the Milk. Didn’t came to get none free I’m a BK not Micky D. But for healthy don’t do these B.S

  This place is the damn worst I had place order online and was told to pull up and then they say one of the orders wasn’t available anymore so I asked what else can I get because I was already in line for a long time and these people just walked away so I’m thinking they are going to make something or idk we waited 10 min while someone was walking out with people order and I’m waiting in the car with my two kids hungry and I honk and they said oh it’s not available I said okay so can I order something else my kids are hungry and we waited in line for 10 min plus another 10 min in the window waiting for someone ti say something they said no u have to get back in line and order because we can’t order at this window and the manager Maria was even worst couldn’t even let me order since I had already waited for twenty minutes so then to just say no it’s Christmas morning and they literally irritated me on how horrible they treated me including the manager on Christmas morning just because your mad you have to work on Christmas morning doesn’t mean you have to treat anybody like that! And this isn’t the first time Maria has been rude then we also left with the first order of food cold just waiting for someone To tell us no !

  Tried to go thru the drive thru. The intercom was not working, sat there for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Had to go around the store to go to the other intercom for someone to take my order. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and got a plain biscuit? Had to go back around to the intercom to get my order fixed, just to FINALLY make it to the food window and they looked at me sideways and asked what I ordered. When I just told them at the intercom. Also noticed the 'chef' taking orders, receiving payment, and making the food with NO gloves on... So, food contamination much? That how food poisoning happens!! This whole ordeal took 45 MINUTES! It's not rocket science? It's freaking McDonald's 🤨
