The employee that brought me my order had a stank attitude from the time I called the store to inform them I had arrived, to the point where she handed me my order. I thanked her for my order as she handed it to me & she didn't even bother saying you're welcome so I said it again with more emphasis and she decided to respond that time. I enjoyed my order even though I didn't get the caramel sauce that I paid extra for on my Sundae. Ms lady needs to focus on doing her job correctly and follow simple directions that a child could follow instead of being so rude. Judging by the other reviews I can see there's a pattern with the employees at this location, I'd rather take the drive to a different location.

My wife and I came here Sunday afternoon and immediately after walking in picked up on the employee’s attitude. We placed our order and sat down to eat. A few minutes after, another family walked in to place an order. They also picked up on the employee’s unnecessary passive aggressiveness and combative attitude. As they were looking through the menu, I told my wife I wouldn’t be surprised if they walked out. As predicted, the family said thank you as they were communicating with the employee then walked out without placing an order. Is the attitude and passive aggressiveness really necessary? Should you be having a bad day, we as humans can empathize and should extend grace but this employee’s attitude was simply uncalled for.
