    The service provided was extremely disappointing. The manager disconnected the call twice after I placed an order through Portillo's website which they only provided tracking information. I asked the manager her name, she said Erma and hung up! Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I only received help when speaking with the Catering department, despite my order being placed online. Additionally, the staff behaved in a discourteous and unprofessional manner. The food was frozen and also poor quality.
