  This place is so bad its unbelievable. I cannot believe how consistently unclean this Dairy Queen is. They never get your order correct. They leave the tables dirty the entire day. I don't know who the franchisee is, but they are seriously dropping the ball with this location. I refuse to go to this Dairy Queen again, and will happily walk across the street to Kilwins. Don't waste your time.

  Very rude customer service I had placed a mobile order for a cake gor to the counter and the man working there pointed at the fridge where everything is instead of telling me with words that it was the bag . Very rude experience. I myself work for customer service and would never do that .

  ‘Ummm we are sorry. We don’t have any napkins or spoons. The manager didn’t think of the idea to run to Jewel and buy some. Instead he just wanted to tell all customers that we are out. ‘ This is a conversation I just had with the cashier. I guess they mean it when they say ‘always a treat’.

  I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard it’s always been on the menu. The kid asked if I wanted the dipped strawberry cheesecake I said no. I want to the cheesecake blizzard then he said so you don’t want the strawberry I said no I don’t want the chocolate. He said okay then gives me vanilla with ice cream. Then I asked to correct it then he tried charging me again. I asked for the cheese cake blizzard with strawberry. Terrible service since the employees don’t know their own menu.
