I use the app to mobile order because it's close to my job and for the most part the food is ok. So last night I put in an order assuming everything is going to be business as usual. But when I went to go pick it up I was informed that they were out of pretty much everything, so they couldn't make my order. The app said nothing about items being out of stock. And because they apparently have no management on site I was unable to get a refund for my order. Y'all need to have management on site and make sure your app is updated with items that aren't available.
