The customer service was incredibly rude from the start, and when we pointed out that there was a hair in our food, the situation was handled very poorly. Instead of apologizing and remaking the order with care, the staff remade it with clear aggression and no professionalism. Finding hair in food is already unacceptable, but being treated with disrespect when asking for it to be corrected made the experience even worse. This visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I truly hope the management takes action to improve both the cleanliness and the customer service at this location.
- HMHana MalikSep 16, 20251.0I really hate to leave a negative review because I always want to give somebody the benefit of the doubt but there is a consistent issue with the management here and without expressing our concerns, the issue may never be addressed. I have seen the manager Kevin argue with customers about specifications in a very simple order on multiple times. Today I asked TO PURCHASE an additional cheese quesadilla on the side and he said I would have to buy a whole additional kit. Of course I call customer service and confirm he was wrong and that I am able to purchase it on the side. When you say to Kevin I've always done this at multiple different locations he'll say "yeah but now they're cracking down on us". I've just seen this play out and heard the same ridiculous story so many times with him at this location with numerous different people. Experiences like this are so frustrating when people just want to come in, get their lunch and keep moving on with their day. I've seen him do this so many times on different occasions with different people, that I just expect it now at this location and specifically with him. It's really tough to say but I hope he knows that this is the reputation and legacy that he's leaving with people after they have to deal with him.
