  To anyone buying grilled chicken sandwiches at this location. The chicken is not fully cooked. A couple of times I recieved a cold, and not fully cooked grilled chicken sandwich. I will not return to this location. 👎👎👎👎

  Horrible service every time. Rude employees with attitude issues. Wasn’t greeted and was given attitude from Dee. So on top of the rude service they made my food wrong also. I can’t have dairy or gluten and ordered my breakfast sandwich without the muffin and no cheese. Add reg egg to my egg white grilled chicken( again, no muffin, no cheese). Add pickle and bacon. No muffin, check. No cheese, YES! They put cheese in my sandwich. Egg whites , check. Grilled chicken check. Extra egg, NO! It was missing. Bacon and pickles, check.

  Food was average. This location did not have their stuff together.. 2 workers outside taking orders plus a cash belt team member. Both outside order takers walk away without acknowledging us or letting us know what's going on. Shift change to headset. Except the headset person was not ready or in place, we didn't know that until e minutes later. Waited 5 mins to get our order taken and acknowledged when we were the first people in line the entire time. The team did not use any of their customer service values that they are supposed to have baked into their awareness. And then when we finally get our order takeb we have 4 people in front of us at the window now because they took care of 2nd lane before ever getting to us. Bad experience. Training needed and better shift leaders.

  I just had the absolute BEST experience at Chick-fil-A, and honestly…I’m still smiling about it. From the second I walked in, it was “my pleasure” this, “my pleasure” that—I started wondering if I had accidentally entered some kind of customer service paradise. At one point I almost said “thank you” just to hear another “my pleasure.” It’s addictive. Honestly, it got to the point where I was fully convinced if I tripped and fell, someone would catch me mid-air, gently set me back on my feet, and whisper “my pleasure” like it was part of the training manual. But the real MVP? Dodge. Yes, his name is actually Dodge—and this guy was working HARD. Friendly, upbeat, and moving like he had somewhere important to be… but still taking the time to make every interaction feel personal. Every time I said anything—boom—“my pleasure.” I half expected him to follow me out to the parking lot just to get one more in. And I’ve got to say, the name Dodge hit me right in the nostalgia. Took me straight back to my 1998 Dodge Avenger—windows down, music up, feeling like the king of the road. Dodge brought that same kind of energy: smooth, reliable, and just made the whole experience better. Oh—and the food? Unreal. Chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and perfect. Waffle fries? Elite. Everything came out fast, fresh, and (you guessed it)…with a side of “my pleasure.” At this point I’m convinced if I asked for 100 extra sauces, they’d hand them over with a smile and a chorus of “my pleasure” echoing in the background. 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be back. My pleasure. 😄

  I placed an online order and went through the drive through to pick it up . The young man at the drive through told me I had to go inside for my food . I didn’t have a problem going in but I was waiting for 15 mins for my order inside. No one asked me what name was my order under until this couple came in . Someone asked them what was their name for their order , mind you I had already been standing there 10 minutes before they got there for their order. I was not Acknowledge once while waiting those 10 minutes. Until the young man behind the counter was done with the couple he turned and asked me what was the name of my order. I told him my name, I kept my cool and then he told me they were still working on it. They needed a little bit more time. Five more minutes passed by and I hear my name called and I heard one of the employees say oh I thought they were coming through the drive-through so we put it by the drive-through window a while ago. Worst service ever. I got no apologies from any of the employees , to say the least, I was super disappointed and upset .
