  Not freaky fast as all. Deliveries are over an hour keep this in mind. And drivers do not follow instructions and will place food anywhere.

  My visit was 10/4. Whatever team was working that day, you absolutely rock and management should acknowledge you! I ordered online and was super early. Walked in and sat down and the staff was already dealing with a long line. The lady at the counter went out of her way to come to my table and ask if I had a pickup which I said yes. She printed the ticket asap and the gentleman working the line hand delivered it to me! I’ve never had this service done at a JJ. This team absolutely rocked and you all are appreciated thank you for being a great location!!

  Said 15 min for delivery but took 45. Also missed ALL of the freebies for 3 sandwiches when I went over it three times with them and it’s written on the receipt. My other two had no additions so they couldn’t mess that up. It was a business order for customers so not like I had time to drive over to have it remade in The middle of the day to go back and tell them to fix it. I Truly don’t understand what’s happening here. Not the first this this has happened here. What’s the point of freebies if you can’t add them in. Train the employees to read and add the freebies and mark off the sandwiches as they get made.
