  Let me begin by saying that I love Panera food and the staff was nice. But, the restaurant was really dirty. I visited just before 5pm and there were 3 tables in use. I had to walk around the entire restaurant to find a clean table to eat. Food on the tables and floors. Not sure if I just missed a big rush, but I did not see anyone even attempt to clean up while I ate. I was there about 40 minutes. Hopefully they cleaned after I left.

  The place is very unclean, with tables left dirty and unattended, which really hurts the overall experience. My sandwich came out soggy, though to their credit, they did remake it.

  It’s honestly heartbreaking to see how far downhill this location has gone. As someone with an extremely busy schedule, I rely heavily on this Panera Bread because of its convenience to my home. I’m a Sip Club member and order ahead every single day for a large drink, something that used to be a small, reliable bright spot in my routine. Unfortunately, it has now become a daily frustration. Without fail, my app and the in-store order tracker repeatedly notify me that my order is “ready,” yet when I arrive, the cup is nowhere to be found. Every single visit requires me to stop and ask at the counter, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. It increasingly feels as though orders are being marked “completed” prematurely simply to improve speed metrics, leaving customers standing around waiting for items that supposedly already exist. For customers who depend on efficiency and quick service, this is incredibly disruptive. What should be a seamless grab-and-go experience consistently turns into unnecessary delays and confusion. To make matters worse, the beverage quality has noticeably declined. The Diet Pepsi dispenser at this location tastes overwhelmingly watered down (closer to dirty water than soda). Other Panera locations manage to maintain proper syrup ratios, so this clearly feels like a preventable maintenance issue. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and investigates what is happening here. I would hate to abandon what used to be my regular and trusted location, but I am genuinely reaching the point where I may need to find a new one.

  had a very disappointing experience at this location I have visited this location four to five times over the past week while going back and forth to see my father in hospice across the street. During this visit, I mistakenly placed a dine-in order through the app and politely asked an employee (young woman in a red shirt) if it could be packaged to-go. She did not acknowledge me, gave an unprofessional smirk, and handled the situation with clear attitude. When finished, she placed the food on the counter dismissively and walked away without saying a word. Additionally, my order was repackaged poorly—my soup spilled onto my sandwich and baguette and leaked through the bag, causing it to tear. I spoke with the manager before leaving including that my father is currently in hospice and I am going through an extremely difficult time. A small amount of basic kindness and professionalism would go a long way, especially for customers who may be having one of the hardest days of their lives. I will not be returning to this location.
