- JPJohn Prus1 day ago1.0Customer service employee and manager didn't want to process or even scan the receipt to initiate the refund I wanted to make simply because they "never saw this type of receipt." Asking me where i got it. Then the manager shows me the type they print as if I care. What a joke. Sorry the jewel osco on elmhurst road in des plaines uses a different type they never saw before. Major inconvenience for what? Had to go back to the one on elmhurst, 0 hassle or questioning.

- TCTiffany CristaniApr 10, 20261.0My experience for the food department was terrible. I went to get the wings that are on sale Fridays and it was my first time ordering this. It said to get a number but I didn’t know where it was located and I thought it was in the red bucket and the worker called a number and I looked into the bucket and she just stared and I said oh are these the numbers I am supposed to get? And she rolled her eyes and was just plain rude and proceeded to ask what I wanted and I said the regular wings ? And then she asked honey and I said just the regular ? As it is my first time and she said the honey is all they had, again in a very rude way. I don’t understand why she asked which type of wings if there is only one type. My experience in the food department was terrible and will definitely not be back.

She helped me get a very special third birthday cake for my grandson, Boomer. The cake was gorgeous and everyone complimented me and asked where I got it. - BBBrianMar 21, 20261.0I went there at 11:35 pm and the doors were closed. I usually go to this jewel around this time as it’s convenient after work. There were still people exiting and shopping but someone decided to close the entrance. Ridiculous.
