  I don't know what's changed but this location is not providing the same quality it use to. Been coming here for 7+ years and recently it's gotten worse. Customer service is basically non-existent. If you go inside, they just stare at you, no greeting or anything. Items are either missing or not correct. Food looks thrown together. The picture included is supposed to be the new dipping burrito sticks. If I hadn't asked for a straw, I wouldn't have received one, and my cinnamon twist that I paid for, were missing. And thats just one part of my order. Last time coming here

  I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo and a second crunch wrap supreme. Well I made the mistake of assuming this restaurant was competent and could do their very simple job of placing two crunch wrap supremes and a taco in the bag. Unfortunately I have driven all the way home by the time I discovered this problem that only a single crunch wrap was in my bag. On top of this! This incompetent restaurant's listed phone number seems to be plugged into a fax or modem and I can not call them. Is this screw up by this restaurant worth a 15 minute drive back to the restaurant. I don't know but this lack of intelligence by the employees here should be shared with management and corporate.

  Drive thru people are usually super unfriendly and they can't even have stuff in working order. Drinks are flat and come.put of the machine warm broken ice machines. They don't make orders correct 80% of the time. Clearly whoever runs this taco bell doesn't care about customers what so ever. Go to mcdonalds like right down the street you'll have better experience. I would give zero stars if possible.
