- MTMay TOct 17, 20251.0Just ordered online and went to pick it up. As I saw the employee making the subs I realized she wasn’t making them correctly. I chose not to say anything. Once she got to the mayo she barely put any on there and I told her “can you put a little more mayo?” She snapped back at me and told me “I’m doing what the ticket says”. I told her, well the ticket says extra mayo, so can you put extra mayo. She literally ignores me and wraps the subs. I asked her when the manager is there and she screamed at me and said she is the owner and if I want extra I need to pay (which I did). I will be throwing the subs out because she literally messed them up so badly they are not edible. Will be reporting to corporate.

While the food was ready on arrival, only 1 of 6 orders was correct. This was not discovered until we returned to the office. All but 1 sandwich had cheese. The sandwich we paid $3 for bacon did not have bacon. The sandwich that did not come with bacon and bacon was not requested, yet it had bacon. I ordered a subway club I did not eat because there was clearly tuna on the outside of the sandwich wrapping paper and I have a shellfish and fish allergy. I was not will to take the risk of my food being cross contaminated since other sandwiches were incorrect. I definitely won’t be returning nor do I recommend. Clearly their focus is to their phones and social media instead of doing their jobs correctly.
