Was told no and they will not sell me just a toy when in fact we do it all the time at different McDonalds. So now I have a crying kid because Juanito the manager is lying to me. I have been doing this since my oldest son was a baby and remember doing this when I was younger. It’s literally a plastic 2 dollar toy that makes my daughter happy. Hope your happy that you made a kid cry because your having a bad day. Such crap when I donate to the Ronald McDonald house every time we stop.

And let me tell you people get parked to wait for there orders for over 10 mins. A few weeks ago someone came In and said they had been sitting outside waiting over 15 mins for a 4 piece McNugget and a large drink. Yikes! They always mess something up here! There’s a older manager Miguel who constantly and I mean constantly is yelling at the employees, I saw a new girl there and I felt so bad for her she was just standing there no one was helping her with anything, poor girl I hope she quits. What a joke! It really seems like the store manager does not care at all about his employees. Very sad situation and embarrassing to the O’Keefe name. This place is getting out of hand. Not to mention the new maintenance guy they have working there I’ve seen him in the kitchen preparing food! What the hell is going on here?!?! O’Keefe what are you doing!
