  I honestly don’t understand why this location gets some of the negative reviews it does. Every time I’ve ordered from here, the service has been quick, polite, and consistent. My drinks are made right, my food is fresh, and the staff is always respectful and hardworking. It feels like some people are way too quick to leave bad ratings over minor issues or personal bias rather than actual service quality. From my experience, this store does a great job and deserves credit for it. Running a busy place like this isn’t easy, and it shows that the team here puts in real effort.

  I usually stop by at night to grab a coffee, a sandwich, and sometimes a few donuts. I truly appreciate the excellent service and friendly communication from your night employee, Krissh. He is always welcoming, polite, and attentive. He often recommends new drink varieties for me to try, which I really enjoy. Most importantly, he consistently serves us fresh, high-quality coffee with a smile. Thank you for providing such outstanding, professional, and customer-focused service. Employees like Krissh make every visit pleasant and memorable.

  This place is not good one time i found ants inside the donut box and had to wait couple days for a refund and now my coffee was not made good taste more like water ive order this drink from other locations and they make it taste smooth

  Honestly, this sucked. I hate doing this, but this was such a let down that I will truly never spend a dollar at Dunkin Donuts ever again. North America, Antarctica, Baghdad, Berlin, wherever there is a Dunkin Donuts, I will look at the sign, begin to convulse, and then starve rather than eat any of this garbage. This could have all been avoided if the worker was any type of competent. He either maliciously lied to me as a show of how terrible a person he is, or he is so badly trained that the management clearly needs rearranging. I looked at some advertised donuts and asked questions about them. He told me certain donuts had a certain type of cream in them. It was whipped cream instead of Boston cream like I specifically asked. Then he said these other donuts had chocolate Boston cream. It was chocolate frosting. Aside from the fact that you should never have anyone in your corporate office saying it is a good idea to put chocolate frosting inside your donuts, your employee should know the difference between chocolate frosting and chocolate Boston cream. I wouldn’t have wasted my time spending money at this place if I knew I was gonna have a true half dozen crapola donuts. The breakfast sandwiches were trash and tasted basically the same. One was just more maple than the other. The apple fritters make me not want to eat another one of those ever again. Overall, the worst possible experience a person could have at a Dunkin’ Donuts, of all places. Garbage, terrible, deceptive, don’t spend your money here. Hopefully this spreads. This company has got to go. Absolute trash product. I knew better. Melted plastic drizzled over some hardened plastic would have been more appetizing. At least then I would have known what I was getting.

  I live so close to this dunkin and prefer Dunkin over anywhere else. I always avoid this location bc I’ve had bad a few bad drinks in the past. I gave it another chance yesterday since it’s so close to me ordered in the morning and went to go pick it up. I immediately knew my drink was wrong just by the color ( I don’t modify my drink I ordered it the way it comes so it’s not like I’m doing anything special ) I feel like the morning lady is just rushing to get you out of here and you basically get what you get. She got the juice I ordered wrong. I went again at night for another drink and it was perfect it wasn’t the same lady there it was actually a guy. My coffee was perfect. I went back this afternoon knowing there’s a chance the same lady might be there. I still took a chance bc I want to love this place… nope was wrong and disappointed again by the same lady. I just know my coffee was wrong once I saw it. This time it was sent back but I was still really disappointed. I got order wrong once again. I just feel like the morning lady doesn’t really seem to care what she’s doing. I hope she either start paying attention or get re trained. I am most certain if she’s making drinks like this all the time they have to have lost customers. This place has potential but sucks that no one cares
