Today I ordered a hot latte, and honestly, it was extremely disappointing. It tasted worse than gas station coffee. I hate to say this because I know the staff well, the coffee has been consistently off. Today’s drink was the worst so far, and it really ruined my morning. I hope management pays attention to the training and quality, because this used to be my favorite stop for coffee.

One of the guys working was in the bathroom so when he came out he asked me if I was gonna order something cause he wasn't sure if I was waiting. I told him "yes but I'm gonna charge my phone first, fyi I always buy something lol. Even if it's 6 munchkins. But he was nice about it. I got caught up on my phone When this older lady comes up to me and says "Are you gonna order something, You need to order something" in a very rude manner. I did not like her tone at all! I'm stressed as it is. Never had an issue before. Also she's kicked me out before like 45min before closing but I didn't give it much attention. i figured maybe they wanna clean or something but now I see that it's just a dumb rule she made up. Shame on you lady! Edit: I went to the Dunkin that's inside Shell like 30seconds Down Higgins Rd. i bought a drink but also I got a bag of free Munchkin's. ❤️ The lady there was awesome!

Numerous times they have put day old borderline stale products in my bag at drive thru. I finally said enough and went back in insisting on another fritter or another product. The manager was argumentative. Terrible practice on her part

There was no line and I was talking to my kiddos to get their order and they were impatient and rude. Got to the window they were even more rude. I let the lady taking my order be rude to me 3 times before snapping back at her. Worst experience at Dunkin Donuts ever. Hopefully Dunkin sees this and takes care of their situation. Lots of reviews here about crappy service.
